- Shipping (US): 5-7 business days

Processing Details
- Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or weekends.
- Once processed, packages will arrive within the estimated time frame mentioned above.
- If any delays occur during processing or shipping, we’ll notify you as soon as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Next-Day Delivery
Due to the handmade nature of our products, next-day delivery is not available. We prioritize quality and craftsmanship over speed to ensure you receive the best product.
Tracking Information
- We update tracking details as soon as the shipping label is created. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent for your convenience.
- You can also track your order via our Order Status page.
- If your tracking shows "shipping label created" but no updates, please allow 3-5 business days for the next update.
Lost Package?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@casanovagifts.com for assistance.
- If tracking shows the package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at support@casanovagifts.com with the following photographs:
- Top, bottom, front, back, and sides of the package
- Inner and outer packaging
- Product from top, front, sides, and bottom
- Aerial view showing the shipping label
Note: We cannot process a replacement without the requested photos.
Additional Information
- We do not offer refunds while products are in transit but will assist with any issues once the product is received or before it ships.
- Custom or Personalized orders are FINAL. We do not accept returns or refunds for custom items unless defects are present due to our error.
