2. How are your products personalized?
We use a variety of techniques depending on the product, including engraving, printing, and etching. During the ordering process, you’ll be able to add names, dates, quotes, or images to make your gift unique.

3. Are there any restrictions on what I can personalize?
While we try to accommodate all customization requests, we do have some restrictions based on the product type and available space. Additionally, we cannot print or engrave offensive or inappropriate content.

4. Can I see a preview of my personalized item before purchasing?
Yes! Most of our products offer a digital preview option where you can see what your personalized item will look like before you finalize your purchase.


Ordering and Payment

1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse through our website, select the item you’d like, customize it with your desired details, and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.

3. Can I modify my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@casanovagifts.com. We can modify orders only if they have not yet entered the production stage.

4. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations may not be possible if the product has already been personalized or shipped.


Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to the U.S. and many international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: Most custom orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and personalized.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination, typically taking 10-14 business days.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package.

4. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that expedited shipping only reduces transit time, and does not affect the production time for custom orders.


Returns and Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.

2. Can I exchange a product?
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for personalized items. However, if there was an error or defect, please contact us for assistance.

3. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please reach out to us at support@casanovagifts.com with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

1. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be purchased directly from our website. They make perfect last-minute gifts and can be emailed to the recipient instantly.

2. How do I redeem a gift card?
Simply enter the gift card code during checkout, and the amount will be applied to your order total.
